Weighay weighs bales after they leave the bale chamber and uses bale-weight information to help regulate hydraulic pressure towards the operator’s target average weight. The standard display connection uses a compatible tractor ISOBUS terminal.
Choose the installation to suit your operation: the Chute Add-on is required when retaining the original chute to place bales on the ground; the Bale Baron Add-on is for a compatible trailed Bale Baron installation. These installation add-ons are separate from the base system.
Optional upgrades include bale-length measurement, moisture star wheels and controller, and Wi-Fi tablet connectivity. The Wi-Fi kit includes its transmitter and a harness for connection to 12-volt power; specify Android or iOS so tablet compatibility can be confirmed.

Weighay Base Kit - MF1840
Weighay bale-weighing and control base system for Massey Ferguson 18-series small square balers. Select the installation add-on for the original chute or trailed Bale Baron. Bale-length, moisture and Wi-Fi upgrades are optional.
Weighay base system
The base kit includes the controller, weighing platform, hydraulic control valve and standard baler-side base harnessing. It weighs bales after they leave the chamber and uses that information to help regulate hydraulic pressure towards the operator’s target average bale weight.
Specify your configuration
Baler: Massey Ferguson MF1840 or MF1842S. These use different main-harness configurations; specify the exact model when ordering.
Front connection: choose the standard ISOBUS socket connection or the in-cab 9-pin harness connection. These tractor-end choices are separate from the baler-model harness selection.
Rear installation: choose the Chute Add-on to retain the original chute and place bales on the ground, or the appropriate Bale Baron Add-on for a trailed Bale Baron installation. Installation add-ons are separate from the base system.
